To disable use of Win key in xp, open registry and navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEM\CurrentControlSetControl\Keyboard Layout] Find the value Scancode Map. Set its value to "00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 03 00 00 00 00 00 5B E0 00 00 5C E0 00 00 00 00" to disable the win key.
