How to Increase Maximum Number of Undo in Microsoft Power Point 2007

Undo feature is very important especially when you have made mistake in editing Power Point presentation. Power Point default undo is limited to last 20 operations, and if you consider this number is too few, you can increase it. Just remember that this can also increase the memory usage. Here is the method.

1. Open Microsoft Power Point 2007.
2. Click on the Office button.
3. Select PowerPoint Options. A dialog box will appear.
4. In the PowerPoint Options dialog box, search Advanced in the left pane and select it.
5. Find Maximum number of undos, and enter the value as you wish, at the range from 3 to 150.
6. Click OK.
